Performance Pilates is designed for fit, healthy and active individuals.

Aimed to be used as part of your strength and conditioning training to help prevent injuries, target muscle imbalances and improve overall performance.

Performance Pilates is specifically designed to address areas of weakness that are commonly seen in Athletes I treat in the clinic. It is a great tool for injury prevention and enables athletes to work on key areas they might usually neglect in regular training sessions.

My Performance Pilates classes are aimed to maximise performance potential, optimise recovery from injury, reduce injury risk and help with achieving performance goals.
